At Shree Trading, we are committed to providing high-quality digital educational products and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Digital Products Only

Shree Trading exclusively sells digital products, including downloadable eBooks and educational resources.

As our products are delivered electronically and become immediately accessible after purchase, physical returns are not applicable.


No Physical Returns

Since we do not sell physical goods, we do not accept returns by courier or post.

All purchases are delivered digitally through downloadable files or customer account access.


Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

However, we may consider a refund in the following situations:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment was successfully completed, but the order was not delivered and our support team is unable to provide access.
  • You received a corrupted or unusable file that cannot be replaced.
  • A technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing your purchased product and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.

Refunds Will Not Be Issued For

Refunds will generally not be provided for:

Duplicate Payments

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your payment details.

After verification, the duplicate payment will be refunded using the original payment method.


Failed or Pending Payments

If your payment fails or remains pending:

  • No download access will be provided until payment is successfully confirmed.
  • If an amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, the payment will normally be reversed automatically by your bank or payment provider.
  • If the issue persists, please contact our support team.

Download Issues

If you experience problems downloading your purchased eBook:

  • Contact our support team.
  • We will help restore your download access or provide an alternative download method where appropriate.

Technical download issues do not automatically qualify for a refund if they can be resolved.


How to Request a Refund

  • Reason for the refund request
  • Screenshots (if applicable)

Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved:

  • Processing times typically range from 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Chargebacks

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact Shree Trading before initiating a chargeback through your bank or payment provider.

Orders for digital products cannot usually be cancelled once payment has been successfully processed and download access has been provided.
