1. Order Cancellation

1.1 By Customer:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by contacting us at 📧 info@shritrading.in .
  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • Custom-made, bulk, or specially ordered items cannot be cancelled once the order is confirmed.

1.2 By Shri Trading:

  • We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances such as product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • In such cases, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only offered in the following scenarios:
    • Damaged or defective products received.
    • Incorrect products sent (different from order).
    • Products not delivered within the promised time frame, subject to review.

2.2 Conditions:

  • Customers must notify us within 3 days of receiving the order with clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase invoice.
  • Once we verify and approve the claim, we will process the refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., bank transfer, credit/debit card) within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer; customers must provide valid bank details.
  • Shipping charges, taxes, or handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped wrong or defective products.

4. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made, personalized, perishable, clearance sale, or specially sourced products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage after delivery.

5. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, we may arrange a pick-up, or the customer may need to ship the product back to us.
  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will cover return shipping.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons, shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
